"Here we protect and keep alive old vineyards planted up to a century ago, with organic management that respects biodiversity.  Our goal is to find a balance between maintaining the tradition that the old farmers have left us as a legacy, and the production of quality wines."

In 2010, Chiara and Michele (after studying Agriculture in Milan, working in wineries and universities and planning a "journey" together) jumped headfirst into building Oltretorrente. Their wines are the essence of this journey.
